ITINERARY

First day : Combined City Tour

• Pick up in the airport or at the buses terminal, transfer to the hotel.
• Breakfast.
• City tour, this englobes a tour in the city visiting the Koricancha or sun temple, visit to the main square, on which sides stand two beautifull and harmonious churches : the cathedral and the company .
• Lunch .
• Visit to the archaeological place of Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, the fort of Puka Pukara, the Tambomachay temple known as the inca baths.
• Return to cusco city.
• Dinner

Second day : The Sacred Valley of the Incas.

• Breakfast in the hotel. tour in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. we will visit the village of pisac, where artisan feries take place in the main square on tuesdays; thursdays and sundays,we will visit also the archaeological ruins of pisac .we will pass by the Calcay and Urubamba villages. lunch.
• We will arrive to the Ollantaytambo village where is situated the archeological complex of the same name, an agrícola, administrative, social, religous and militar complex in the Tahuantinsuyo times, we will go back to the Cusco city passing by the Chincheros village, ancient agricole inca center. in which place resalts the colonial church as well as the artisan textiles.
• Arrival to Cusco city. dinner

Third day : Machupicchu

• Breakfast in hotel. transfer to the railway station to depart to Machupicchu ( situated on the eastern side of the Vilcanota chain at 2350 m.a.s.l. at 112 km distance.
• During the trip we will pass by the Sacred Valley till getting to aguas calientes, place in which we will board a touristical transport minibus. after 8 km up we will arrive to the Machupicchu ruins.
• Guided visit to the archaeological complex.return to aguas calientes village where we will overnight.

Fourth day : Machupicchu

• Breakfast, visit to the thermal baths of aguas calientes, return to Cusco. dinner.

Fifth day : Cusco

• Breakfast.
• Transfer to the airport or to the bus terminal at the indicated time.
